Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to send it back to the return address on the shipping label. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

We do not provide prepaid return labels. 
If you received wrong items or have an issue that is the fault of ours we will make an exception.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns that have already been used. All returns must be received in new condition in original packaging 


Exchanges
Please contact us to exchange. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange. 




Refunds
We will automatically refund you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If there is a problem with your return we will contact you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
